Terms of Service

These terms cover the electrical work we do as C3 Industries across Campbelltown, Camden and the Wollondilly. By booking a job with us, you agree to them.

Who you are dealing with

C3 Industries holds NSW Electrical Contractor Licence 498129c, ABN 61 681 268 888. The business is run by Kalin, a licensed electrician. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it.

Quotes

You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. There is no call-out fee and no charge for coming to look. If we get into a job and find something neither of us could have known about from the outside, we stop and talk to you about it before doing anything that changes the price. Where a hidden fault means an extra part, we pass it on at cost.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in the booking confirmation we send you when the job is booked.

Access and information

You agree to give us safe access to the work area and to tell us what you know about the property. If we cannot get safe access, or the job on site turns out to be materially different from what was described, we may not be able to finish, and we will talk about where that leaves the quote.

Our workmanship guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed for life. If something we have fitted is not right because of how we fitted it, we come back and sort it out. Materials and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that, and those are the manufacturer's to honour, not ours.

Emergency work

We answer our own phones and we take emergency calls day and night. Emergency attendance is subject to where we are and what we are already on, and we will tell you honestly on the phone what we can do and when.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move a booking, give us as much notice as you can manage. Anything that applies to a late cancellation or a missed appointment is set out in your booking confirmation.

Certificates and compliance

Where the work requires it, you get a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work. Any advice we give about a rebate, a government program or a standard is general information only, it is not a promise that you qualify, and the body running the program makes that decision, not us.

This website

We keep the information on this site accurate and current as best we can, but it is general information about electrical work and not advice about your specific property. Nothing on this site creates a contract until we have quoted your job and you have accepted the quote.

Liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other claim is limited to re-doing the work or refunding what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
